How can our justice system improve the way it handles sexual violence matters?

Do you have lived experience of sexual violence or support someone who does?
Do you think the justice system could/should handle cases differently?

We want to hear from people over 18 years of age who are victim-survivors of sexual violence, or parents/caregivers of victim-survivors of child sexual abuse.

Your feedback will be used to respond to the issues paper on justice system responses by the Australian Law Reform Commission. You can read this document at the link > https://www.alrc.gov.au/publication/jrsv-issues-paper-2024/

There are two ways to contribute:

We also welcome video, audio and multimedia responses. If you want to contribute this way or would like support completing the survey, please contact Tess (tess.moodie@laurelhouse.org.au) or Emma (emma@laurelhouse.org.au)

Both surveys close at 5pm (AEST) on Monday 3 June 2024.

If you want to get involved and would like support while you do so, Laurel House is here to help. Reach out any time by calling 1800MySupport (1800 697 877).
