This unique opportunity will see you lead the development, delivery, expansion and evaluation of group based and peer support programs for victim-survivors, their families and supporters, and others affected by sexual harm across Northern Tasmania (North and North West).

This role is newly established as part of the therapeutic services team, with a focus on developing a service model for group based therapeutic and social support, as well as peer support programs.  

The Senior Counsellor - Group Programs and Peer Support will work collaboratively with the Therapeutic Services Manager and other Senior Counsellors to provide professional supervision and incidental debriefing and support to Counsellors at Laurel House, and to ensure victim-survivors and other clients have a positive experience at Laurel House.
