In July this year Laurel House launched a set of cards for starting open and honest conversations with people who have disability.

Come along to this online education session to learn more about

  • why these conversations are important
  • how the cards were developed
  • using the cards
  • the importance of open and honest conversations
  • accessing a set of the cards
  • and ask any questions

At the event you will

  • learn more about getting the most form the cards
  • discover how the cards link to our existing disability resource toolkit and beyond, and
  • gain support to continue having protective conversations with all the people in your life.

This event is intended for people with disability, their supporters, families and people who would like to know more about having and supporting conversations that can aid in the prevention of sexual violence.
