Be sure to mark these dates in your calendar so you don’t miss the second annual Courageous Conversations event happening in Launceston on 28 and 29 April.
This two-day symposium brings together victim-survivors, practitioners, researchers and policy makers for impactful dialogue about the prevention and response to child sexual abuse.
The event aims to drive action towards creating a safer and more supportive Tasmania for children and victim-survivors.
It does this by creating a platform for open, respectful, and impactful dialogue about child safety and the prevention of child sexual abuse so difficult but necessary conversations can happen.
The symposium also seeks to raise awareness, share knowledge, and drive action toward creating safer communities for children while also empowering individuals and organisations to address this critical issue with courage, compassion, and accountability.
